I practice from an attachment-focused lens and have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am passionate about healing and improving couples connection with one another, and love working with those who want to explore their patterns in relationships. My goal is to strengthen relationships and facilitate personal growth and change.
Individuals
I specialize in treating anxiety and depression that are often the result of difficult life transitions, such as divorce, loss, or career changes, while also providing a trauma informed approach. I work with clients to support them during difficult times and in accomplishing the change they wish to see in their lives. I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and am LGTBQ+ affirming.
